Thanks to Breitbart.com for live updates on the Benghazi Hearing. From Breitbart, here are the Five major takeaways from the Benghazi hearing so far:
1. Two “stand-down” orders were given while the Benghazi attacks were in progress.
2. The “protest” about a YouTube video was a complete fabrication by the Obama administration.
3. Cheryl Mills, Clinton’s lawyer at the State Department, told witnesses not to speak to House investigators.
4. The diplomatic personnel on the ground acted with incredible, unheralded heroism.
5. Democrats came to rebut the eyewitnesses with talking points.
So clearly what we have here is a cover-up of Watergate proportions. Actually, its worse than Watergate because lives were lost in 
Benghazi and the Obama administration failed to act and then tried to cover-up their failures. Whether you’re a Democrat, a Republican or a Libertarian, this should make you angry because we’ve been lied to by the Obama administration.
And we should all remember that when appearing on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, speaking on Benghazi, Obama said: “Here’s what I’ll say: if four Americans get killed, it’s not optimal.”

The Benghazi scandal could be the final “hinge point” that brings down the Obama administration, former U.N. Ambassador John R. Bolton said.
“This could be the hinge point,” he said to Newsmax. “It’s that serious for them.”

The State Department slammed former United Nations envoy John Bolton over his suggestion that Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton falsely claimed a concussion to avoid a potentially embarrassing appearance before Congress to explain the deadly terrorist attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Libya.
In an appearance on Fox News, Bolton said that Clinton’s claim that she had fainted because of the flu, hitting her head and suffering a concussion, was what foreign service officers call a “diplomatic illness,” intended to free a diplomat from an unpleasant duty. Clinton was supposed to appear before congressional foreign affairs committees on Thursday to respond to questions about whether security failures opened the way for the Sept. 11 attack. The US is trying to prevent Russia from recreating a new version of the Soviet Union under the ruse of economic integration, Hillary Clinton warned on Thursday.
“There is a move to re-Sovietise the region,” the US secretary of state told a news conference in Dublin hours before going into a meeting with her Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov.
“It’s not going to be called that. It’s going to be called a customs union, it will be called Eurasian Union and all of that,” she said, referring to various iterations of a Moscow-backed plan to deepen economic ties with its neighbours. [Read more...]

Hillary Clinton still intends to step down as secretary of state. That will take place likely “days” after President Barack Obama’s second inauguration in January.
“The Secretary has been honored to serve as President Obama’s Secretary of State, and has loved every minute of leading this Department and being part of the State family,” a Clintons spokesman says in an email. “But yes, you can confirm yet again that she’s been clear about her intention to leave after the first term.”
When asked for clarification on what date Clinton would stepdown, the spokesman, Philippe Reines, says, “She has said that she wants to ensure continuity, and realizes the confirmation of her successor might take a period of days beyond that.”
Reines, a long time Clinton loyalist, did not immediately respond to a question concerning what role he might play in (a possible) Clinton 2016 presidential campaign.
